We describe our product accurately: SmartResume helps you tailor and improve your resume using AI suggestions. Outcomes depend on your background, the roles you apply for, and how you use the output—we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or a specific match score with any employer or ATS vendor.
Where we mention speed (for example, results in about two minutes), that refers to typical product behavior and may vary with file size, load, or third-party services.
Pricing, tokens & billing
SmartResume sells resume optimizations as a token pack: €19.99 EUR one-time for five (5) optimization tokens. Each full AI optimization consumes one (1) token, including when re-running optimization on the same resume. Eligible subscribers who access SmartResume through a billing partner may receive five tokens credited on first successful sign-in with their access link, subject to that partner’s terms.
Where a carrier or billing partner handles payment, their receipt and terms govern charges and renewals (if any). For direct purchases on this site, the price shown at checkout is the amount charged for the stated token pack unless we clearly disclose otherwise.
Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Privacy, cookies & third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, retention, and your rights. We may use analytics or payment processors that set cookies or process data on our behalf; their use is described in the Privacy Policy or relevant vendor documentation.
